Kaigan old fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 Ounce Kaigan Japanese Whisky
  • 0.5 Ounce of Honey Syrup
  • 1 Table Spoon of Yuzu or Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Orange twist, for garnish

Method

  • Add all ingredients to mixing vessel or cocktail shaker, fill with ice and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with an orange zest.
