Kaigan old fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 Ounce Kaigan Japanese Whisky
- 0.5 Ounce of Honey Syrup
- 1 Table Spoon of Yuzu or Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Orange twist, for garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients to mixing vessel or cocktail shaker, fill with ice and stir for 30 seconds.
- Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with an orange zest.
