Kaigan whisky highball
Ingredients
2 Ounce Kaigan Japanese Whisky
4-6 Ounces of Ginger Ale or Club Soda
Lemon twist, for garnish (optional)
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour the whisky over the ice and stir for 10 rotations.
Top with ginger ale or club soda. Stir gently for another 5 rotations.
Garnish the cocktail with a lemon peel.
