Kaigan whisky highball

Ingredients

  • 2 Ounce Kaigan Japanese Whisky
  • 4-6 Ounces of Ginger Ale or Club Soda
  • Lemon twist, for garnish (optional)

Method

  • Fill a highball glass with ice.
  • Pour the whisky over the ice and stir for 10 rotations.
  • Top with ginger ale or club soda. Stir gently for another 5 rotations.
  • Garnish the cocktail with a lemon peel.
