Kaigan whisky highball
Ingredients
- 2 Ounce Kaigan Japanese Whisky
- 4-6 Ounces of Ginger Ale or Club Soda
- Lemon twist, for garnish (optional)
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour the whisky over the ice and stir for 10 rotations.
- Top with ginger ale or club soda. Stir gently for another 5 rotations.
- Garnish the cocktail with a lemon peel.
