Tokyo sidecar

Ingredients

  • 2 Ounce Kaigan Japanese Whisky
  • 1 Ounce Cointreau
  • 3/4 Ounce Yuzu juice
  • Superfine sugar, for garnish (optional)
  • Orange or lemon twist, for garnish (optional)

Method

  • Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
  • Shake, and strain into a chilled Martini, Highball or cocktail glass.
