Tokyo sidecar
Ingredients
- 2 Ounce Kaigan Japanese Whisky
- 1 Ounce Cointreau
- 3/4 Ounce Yuzu juice
- Superfine sugar, for garnish (optional)
- Orange or lemon twist, for garnish (optional)
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake, and strain into a chilled Martini, Highball or cocktail glass.
